Processing time:
Our processing time is 4-6 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly, we do not rush orders. If you need it by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering. If we are able to accommodate your request and upgrading shipping still isn't quick enough, a rush fee will be applied ($20.00 rush fee PER item)
Shipping:
Mari Creates Co is not responsible for shipping delays at the fault of USPS. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48hrs to file a claim as well as a picture of the damage and all packaging for claim purposes. If your item(s) have not arrived or moved with tracking please contact USPS before contacting our shop as they will be be more helpful with tracking your order. Once it leaves our shop we are no longer in control unless lost or damaged.
If you enter the incorrect address and your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and you will need to repurchase your order. If it is returned to me, you can repay shipping or get a refund minus shipping.
My order was marked delivered, but I never received it.
Unfortunately, once your order has been accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible unless it is damaged or lost (not marked delivered) in the mail. Once your order has been marked delivered, we do not provide refunds or replacements as USPS is responsible for delivering your order. You will need to get in contact with USPS regarding getting GPS locations of where your package was delivered.
Appearance of Signs
Please note that there may be some imperfections on signs. All signs are handmade, there may be knots, dents, and holes. I make no attempt to cover these up as it makes each sign unique. We do not issue full refunds if you are unhappy with the appearance of the sign. If you do not like handmade/natural imperfections of your order, you will be responsible for covering shipping your order back to me and will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost.
